What is your minimum order value?
To become a Meander retailer your initial order has to exceed € 350,- ex. VAT.
From what amount is free delivery in the Netherlands?
To deliver free of charge in The Netherlands your order has to exceed € 250,- ex. VAT and when we deliver a backorder.
From what amount is free delivery to other countries?
Delivery free of charge is only possible in Belgium, Germany and France with orders above € 2000,- ex. VAT.
For all other countries shipping costs are not free of charge. We do our utmost to keep these costs as low as possible.
Shipping costs are determined by size, weight and quantity of boxes per delivery.

Will all items that were not included in my shipment be
delivered at a later time?
Backorders with a value of less than € 50,- expire automatically without notification.
Payment information
Can an order be paid on account or afterwards?
Yes, but deliveries on Payment by invoice terms need to be paid in full within 14 days after the invoice date and are not entitled to a payment discount.
If I am not yet a Meander retailer, can I receive my order first
and pay afterwards?
Prepayment is always required with new customers.
Can I get a Payment discount?
When paying within 8 days of the proforma invoice you may deduct a 3% discount.
What is the usual payment term?
Deliveries on Payment by invoice terms need to be paid in full within 14 days and are not entitled to a payment discount
Reclaims
I have received my order but something is missing or damaged
what should I do?
We always pack everything with great care. What a pity that something went wrong, apologies for this.
To report damaged or faulty items, please send us an e-mail. It needs to state the article number as per invoice and photos where the damage is clearly visible.
Reclaims will only be processed when communicated via e-mail within 8 days of receiving the delivery.
